All clients are treated as unique, and so the approach used is personal and individualized.
Adrian has a strong commitment towards facilitating spectacular changes to your body. In order to achieve this, you and Adrian will set goals and achieve them. Such goals usually compliment the overall philosophy of developing spectacular changes to your body and mind within a realistic, holistic framework. Hence, both an improvement in your quality of life, and most importantly the establishment of such a healthy way of life becoming part of your normal day to day life is usually aimed for.

15 minutes of mental exercises (psychology education and/or nutrition education), followed by 75 minutes of fitness training.

- During the next 37 sessions, the mental exercises focus on more advanced topics in psychology. Clients are provided a handout at EVERY session. The topics discussed in these sessions include: mental imagery, happiness, personality, locus of control, optimism, and thought stoppage.
- The 75 minutes of physical fitness training is client-specific and so varies substantially from client to client. A session might include 10 minutes of yoga (focusing specifically on your hamstrings, hips, and any injury areas), 30 minutes of aerobic activity, 10 minutes exercising with a focus mitt, 10 minutes of exercise with a kick-shield, and 15 minutes of strength training. Or a combination of the following could be included: walking, jogging, beach running/walking, skipping, callisthenics, PNF, yoga, self-defence, stretching, tai chi, meditation, circuit training, body resistance training, and weight-training. In other words, the physical fitness section focuses on achieving YOUR GOALS.
