All clients are treated as unique, and so the approach used is personal and individualized.

Adrian has a strong commitment towards facilitating spectacular changes to your body. In order to achieve this, you and Adrian will set goals and achieve them. Such goals usually compliment the overall philosophy of developing spectacular changes to your body and mind within a realistic, holistic framework. Hence, both an improvement in your quality of life, and most importantly the establishment of such a healthy way of life becoming part of your normal day to day life is usually aimed for.


  • First session, of 2 hours, consists of:

  • Medical history recorded (10 minutes)

  • Previous and current injuries recorded (5 minutes)

  • Previous and current fitness levels and interests recorded (10 minutes)

  • Basic exercise and nutrition information provided (5 minutes)

  • Mental exercises (psychology education) (15 minutes)

  • Fitness training (75 minutes)

  • Subsequent sessions are 90 minutes:

  • 15 minutes of mental exercises (psychology education and/or nutrition education), followed by 75 minutes of fitness training.

  • During the first 16 sessions, the mental exercises focus on psychology. Clients are provided a handout at EVERY session. The topics discussed in the first 16 sessions include:

  • During the next 26 sessions, the mental exercises focus on nutrition. Clients are provided a handout at EVERY session. The topics discussed in these sessions include:

  • During the next 37 sessions, the mental exercises focus on more advanced topics in psychology. Clients are provided a handout at EVERY session. The topics discussed in these sessions include: mental imagery, happiness, personality, locus of control, optimism, and thought stoppage.
  • The 75 minutes of physical fitness training is client-specific and so varies substantially from client to client. A session might include 10 minutes of yoga (focusing specifically on your hamstrings, hips, and any injury areas), 30 minutes of aerobic activity, 10 minutes exercising with a focus mitt, 10 minutes of exercise with a kick-shield, and 15 minutes of strength training. Or a combination of the following could be included: walking, jogging, beach running/walking, skipping, callisthenics, PNF, yoga, self-defence, stretching, tai chi, meditation, circuit training, body resistance training, and weight-training. In other words, the physical fitness section focuses on achieving YOUR GOALS.
  • Sessions are designed around your capabilities, interests, current fitness levels, past and present injuries, and goals.
  • To ensure spectacular results, sessions are planned using:
  • 2 appointments per week (2 to 4 days apart)
